WCS Confidentiality Agreement |
| Each employee, volunteer, and Board member is expected to read and sign the following statement within seven days of hire or appointment.
I,__________________________, understand and agree to adhere to the policies concerning confidentiality as personally explained to me by members of the Women's Crisis Services staff. I will not discuss any specific information concerning individuals seeking assistance of the Women's Crisis Services unless I have written permission from the individual or until the need for such communication outside the agency has been clarified and justified.
