The Monadnock Center for Violence
Prevention, Inc. (formerly Women's Crisis Services) works to raise awareness
throughout the community. Newspaper articles, radio and television public
service announcements, distribution of brochures, and fund-raising events,
all offer the opportunity to publicize our services and educate the
community on issues of domestic and sexual violence. MCVP hosts events for
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Awareness months such as panel
discussions, video presentations, library displays, Take Back the Night
Marches, educational workshops for various groups within the community as
well as T-shirt making for the National
Clothesline Project. |
